Since the CE directive be affected on July of 2010, which requires all the fireworks exports to European countries should have the CE number on the labels, HKIPTL guided a European testing company to have a special visit for Yi Chun CIQ on March 25th, 2010. Both of them communicated safety control system, testing, technique for fireworks import and export between; and agreed to have more communication on information, technique and visits among EU, Belgium and China in the future. We met their authority president Mr. Wu and their professional technicians. Professor Michel Lefebvre from european testing company gave us lots of good advises and suggestions on the subject of the safety of laboratory and other outdoor performance testing capabilities while he has much experiences on it.
